Christmas Live Cooking

Both Christmas days, starting at 5.30 M.M., we present a selection of tasteful dishes in our luxurious open kitchen. What makes this experience unique is that our chefs prepare your dishes à la minute.

The Live Cooking buffet is located in our Ús Mem restaurant on the first floor. You can reserve a table for 5.30 P.M., 6.00 P.M., or 6.30 P.M. We will welcome you with a glass of bubbles, after which you can enjoy an evening full of delicious dishes. The varied Christmas buffet is curated by our chef, featuring appetizers, main courses, and desserts that are freshly prepared à la minute. During the Christmas buffet, we offer unlimited drinks from the Dutch beverage selection.* Throughout your dinner, you will experience several exclusive surprises! We will conclude with a fantastic dessert buffet, carefully crafted by our pastry chefs. The buffet will close at 9.00 P.M.

For children, a special kids' buffet is available. There are also various children's activities, such as a cinema and baking cookies.

Your reservation is on request, once you have received confirmation, it is not yet final. The reservation will only be confirmed once we have received payment. The terms and conditions can be found at the bottom of the page. We assign tables based on your group size; for groups of more than 8 people, you may not be seated at a single table but at multiple tables. However, we will always ensure that your party is seated together.

Allergens
To organize the Live Cooking buffet as smoothly as possible, only the following allergies/dietary preferences can be accommodated: gluten-free, lactose-free and vegetarian.

Good to know:
- During the Christmas holidays, there is no possibility for à la carte dining.

*The Dutch beverage selection includes various soft drinks, draft beers and house wines. Drinks that fall outside the mentioned arrangement will be charged separately.

Prices:
Adults (13 years and older): €79.50 p.p. (including aperitif and Dutch drinks assortment)
Children (3 to 12 years): €46.50 p.p.
Babies (0 to 2 years): free*
*Highchair is free, please reserve in advance.

Please note that the Christmas Live Cooking must be paid for in advance. Upon making your reservation, you will receive a payment link. Once we have received the payment, your reservation is final. If your payment is not received by December 10th, 2024, your reservation will automatically be canceled. Free cancellation is possible until December 10th, 2024. After December 10th, we will charge 100% of the reservation value in case of cancellation or changes.
