At Hotel Leeuwarden, we welcome you every morning with a generous breakfast buffet, carefully curated to start your day with taste and energy.

Indulge yourself with our Live Cooking chef who prepares your eggs, pancakes just the way you like them, freshly made for you. Our breakfast room offers a cozy ambiance, perfect for peacefully waking up and enjoying your meal. Our dedicated team is ready to ensure your breakfast experience goes smoothly.

Our generous breakfast buffet includes:
- A wide assortment of freshly baked rustic breads, petit pains, and croissants
- White and brown rolls, currant buns, coffee rolls, and mini muffins
- Premium cold cuts, smoked salmon, assorted cheeses, and sweets
- Various types of muesli, granola, cornflakes, yogurt, and quark
- Hot dishes such as fried bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages, and pancakes
- Eggs cooked to order
- Gluten-free options including gluten-free muesli, crackers, and gluten-free bread
- Fresh fruit salad, whole fruit, fresh vegetables, and mixed greens
- A wide selection of coffee, tea, milk, and fresh fruit juices

Monday through Friday, breakfast is served from 6:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M., and on weekends from 7:00 A.M. to 11 A.M.

We strive to prepare our dishes so that guests with common food allergies can enjoy their meals with us. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please inform our staff. We are happy to provide information on the ingredients used in our dishes and, if possible, adjust the composition of the dishes for you.

Reservation
If you are not staying at our hotel but would like to start your day with a great breakfast, you are welcome to join us! Our extensive breakfast buffet is available to everyone. Rates for hotel guests 2024:
Adults (12 years and older): €18.50 p.p.
Children (4 to 12 years): €10.25 p.p.
Babies (0 to 3 years): free

Rates for non-hotel guests 2024:
Adults (12 years and older): €21.50 p.p.
Children (4 to 12 years): €14.50 p.p.
Babies (0 to 3 years): free

Good to know:
- Pets are not allowed in our restaurant (but are welcome in the hotel bar or lobby).
- We cannot guarantee table preferences and they are subject to availability in the restaurant. However, we will do our utmost to accommodate your requests.
