Come and enjoy our extensive Sunday brunch at restaurant Ús Mem on the first floor. Start your Sunday off right at Hotel Leeuwarden.

We would like to welcome you in a festive manner with a glass of bubbles. Afterwards, you can enjoy all the delicious offerings presented in our open kitchen. You have unlimited choices from a wide variety of delicacies and unlimited drinks from the Dutch beverage selection.* You are welcome to indulge in culinary delights starting from 11:30 A.M. The buffet closes at 2 P.M.

The brunch includes:
- A wide assortment of luxury breads, toppings, and sweet treats
- Salad buffet with a variety of fresh salads and dressings
- Starter buffet featuring carpaccio, homemade soups, and smoked fish varieties
- Made-to-order fish and meat specialties accompanied by vegetables, potato garnishes, and various side dishes
- Separate children's buffet with fries, snacks, and poffertjes
- Extensive dessert buffet
- Includes beverages from the Dutch beverage selection*

Adults (ages 12 and up): €42.50 per person
Children (ages 4 to 12): €24.50 per person
Babies (ages 0 to 3): Free

Allergens
We strive to prepare our dishes so that guests with the most common food allergies can enjoy their meal with us. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please inform our staff. We will promptly inform you about the ingredients used in your dishes. If possible, we will adjust the composition of the dishes for you.

Reservations
You are most welcome in our restaurant! We recommend reserving a table for your dinner via the box in the top right corner, by calling 058-8200100 or via info@leeuwarden.valk.nl.

For larger groups, please contact us (telephone reservations required for groups of 15 or more). Depending on your group size, we will reserve tables accordingly; groups larger than 8 may be seated at multiple tables, but we will ensure your party stays together.

Good to know:
- From April 28th to September 29th, we have a summer break for Sunday brunch.
- Pets are not allowed in our restaurant (they are welcome in the hotel bar or lobby).
- We cannot guarantee table preferences and will do our best to accommodate based on restaurant table availability.
- During and around holidays, different rates may apply. The weekend before Christmas, the restaurant will be decorated with Christmas decorations.
- Limited or no Sunday brunch may be available during Christmas, spring, May, summer, autumn vacations, and holidays. You are welcome to join us for à la carte lunch.
- Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the event. Within 24 hours, 50% of the reservation value will be charged.

*The Dutch beverage selection includes various soft drinks, draft beers, and house wines. Drinks not included in this arrangement will be charged separately.
