Farmhouse residence (2 persons)

The charming farmhouse residences are located in the monumental farmhouse right next to the modern hotel. The beautiful Buma State, dating back to 1870, offers a unique retreat for a cozy family vacation or a longer stay.
Each house is fully furnished and exudes modern comfort, with a stylishly decorated kitchen, a cozy living room with a crackling fireplace, a luxurious bathroom, and a private terrace. The building is equipped with wireless internet and a wired internet connection. You can easily park your car 100 meters away and additional cars can be parked in the central parking lot. Next to the building, you will find an accessible dock, perfect for reaching by a narrow boat from open water.

We offer you a comfortable stay, with the option to enjoy the hotel's facilities, such as the restaurant, breakfast, wellness, fitness, bike rental, and boat rental.

Reservations (available from 3 nights):
- Weekend: Arrival on Friday, 3 nights
- Midweek: Arrival on Monday, 4 nights
- Week: Arrival on Monday or Friday, 7 nights

Good to know:
- Welcome package (coffee and tea) available upon arrival.
- Service package (3 dishwasher tablets, scrubbing sponge, dishcloth, mop, matches, bin liner, and garbage bag) available upon arrival.
- Final cleaning is included. During your stay, the farmhouse residence will not be cleaned.
- Bed linen is included. The beds are made upon arrival. There is no bed linen change during your stay.
- Towel package is included. Each person will find 1 towel package (2 towels per person) ready. Towels will not be replaced during your stay.
- Kitchen linen package is included. 1 set (2 dish towels) will be provided upon arrival.

Cancellation policies and deposit:
For the farmhouse residences, we require a 100% deposit. After making your reservation, you will receive a link from our reception for the deposit. You can pay the deposit using your chosen payment method through this link. Your reservation is only confirmed once we have received your payment, which we kindly request to receive within 14 days of booking. If you make a reservation 28 days or less before arrival, we kindly ask you to pay the deposit immediately.

The cost of cancellation from the 28th day before arrival is 100%. It is advisable to purchase cancellation insurance. Cancellations up to 28 days before arrival are free of charge.
