Chic hotel with all the freedom of a luxury home

The semi-detached houses are located in the monumental farm right next to the hotel. The houses have 2 double rooms which can only be reached by stairs. The beautiful State dates from 1870 and offers a special accommodation for a pleasant family holiday or for a longer stay.

Each house is fully furnished with a modern kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, a comfortable bathroom and a private terrace in front of the door. There is free WiFi in the building and you can park your car centrally. There is a jetty next to the building. Here you can come from open water with a narrow boat.

The beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided.

We offer you a comfortable holiday where you naturally also have the opportunity to enjoy the facilities of the hotel, such as the restaurant, breakfast buffet, wellness, fitness, bicycle rental and boat rental.

You can book the house from 3 nights.

• Weekend; 3 nights, arrival on Friday
• Midweek; 4 nights, arrival on Monday
• Week; 7 nights, arrival on Friday or Monday

With our homes you will receive as standard:

• Final cleaning is included as standard. During your stay we do not clean the house as standard, but it is possible to book extra cleaning.
• Bed linen is included and the beds are made upon arrival. During your stay there is no extra bed linen change. It is possible to book an extra bed linen package, which we will deliver to your home.
• There is 1 set of towels per person in the house (2 pieces per person). During the stay we do not replace the towels as standard, but you can book an extra package which we deliver to your home.
• There is 1 set of kitchen linen included as standard (2 tea towels). You can order an extra package.
• Per stay you will receive 1 service set which is equipped with 3 dishwasher tablets, scouring sponge, dishcloth, floor cloth, matches, pedal bin bag and garbage bag.
• 1 welcome package of coffee and tea on arrival

Cancellation policy and deposit:
For the farm houses we ask for a 100% deposit. After your reservation you will receive a link for the deposit via our reception, via this link you can pay the deposit with a payment method of your choice.
Your reservation is only final after we have received your payment, we would like to receive this no later than 14 days after reservation. If you make a reservation 28 days or less before the start, we would like to receive the deposit immediately.

The costs in case of cancellation from the 28th day before arrival are 100%. It is advisable to take out cancellation insurance.
Cancellations up to 28 days before arrival are free of charge.

Other conditions:

• The main tenant must be at least 21 years old and must stay in the house
• Pets are not allowed
• Room service and breakfast in bed is not possible
• Unfortunately, it is not possible to place an extra bed
• Check-in possible until 20:00
